Returns
If you wish to return your purchased items for a refund, please read the following instructions.
All products can be returned only if unworn (re-saleable), un-damaged (as they were sent out), undry-cleaned and unwashed with the correct invoice, packaging, garment tags not have been removed, and anything other items included in your purchase. Please note that we are not obliged to accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Any damages or issues need to be flagged to our customer service team upon receipt so we are aware it arrived in this condition.
We accept returns 14 days after the order has been received. It is the responsibility of the customer to let us know within this timeframe if there are any issues with your return. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted. All orders need to be returned from the country that they were originally delivered to.
Please note that made-to-order, made-to-measure and sale items are not eligible for return

Please notify us on [email protected] providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it by a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU
Please notify us on [email protected] providing your order’s number, we will then issue a proforma invoice, which has to be attached to your return. Put the original invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package. Affix the proforma invoice (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package, so that all the details are easily visible.

All returns from outside the EU sent without Nana Gotti’s proforma invoice shall be refused.
We are not currently able to offer free returns. For all International returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the product.
Please note all import duties/taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at [email protected]. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
Should you be interested in exchanging your product for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.
