At Nana Gotti LLC, every order is made to order — crafted specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed. This means shipping timelines include both a production phase and a transit phase. Please read this policy in full so you know exactly what to expect.
Production Time
Before your order ships, it must be produced. Please allow up to 15 working days for production. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship across the United States via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Transit times vary depending on your location and the carrier assigned to your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available on all domestic orders of $500 or more.
International Shipping
We ship internationally via DHL and select other carriers depending on the destination country.
- International transit times vary by destination and customs processing times.
- Expedited international shipping may be available at checkout for select countries.
- All duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total and are assessed by your local customs authority. Nana Gotti LLC has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
- Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order sooner? We offer expedited and express shipping options at checkout for both domestic and international orders where available. Please note that expedited shipping only applies to transit time — production time of up to 15 working days still applies to all orders regardless of shipping method selected.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery in real time.
If you have not received a tracking email within 15 working days of your order, please contact us at info@nanagotti.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nana Gotti LLC is not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment in such cases will be at the customer’s expense.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@nanagotti.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before production begins.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier and tracking is active, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and around your property
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us at info@nanagotti.com and we will assist where possible
Nana Gotti LLC is not liable for carrier delays or packages lost in transit, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us at info@nanagotti.com within 5 calendar days of delivery. We will work with you to file a carrier claim and find a resolution. Please refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy] for full details.
Order Processing & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, production and shipping timelines may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
