Cancellation Policy

Overview
At Nana Gotti LLC, every order is made exclusively for you. Production begins shortly after your order is placed, which means our ability to accommodate cancellations is limited. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Window
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts — which may happen within hours of your order being confirmed — cancellations are no longer possible, regardless of the time elapsed.

How to Request a Cancellation
- Email info@nanagotti.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
- Use the subject line: “Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Include your full name and the email address used at checkout.
- Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible within 1 business day.
Do not assume your cancellation is approved until you receive written confirmation from us.
Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 15 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
Cancellations After Production Has Begun
Once production is underway, we are unable to cancel or refund your order. This applies regardless of:
- How soon after ordering you contact us
- Whether your item has shipped yet
- Personal circumstances or change of mind
This policy exists because materials are cut, sourced, and allocated specifically for your order the moment production begins.
Order Modifications
We understand mistakes happen. If you need to modify your order (size, color, style, or shipping address), please contact us at info@nanagotti.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but modifications cannot be guaranteed.
Once production has started, no modifications can be made.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately at info@nanagotti.com. We will cancel the duplicate and issue a full refund, provided neither order has entered production.
Nana Gotti LLC’s Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Pricing errors on the website
- Items that become unavailable due to material or supply issues
In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly and you will be notified via email.
