Made-to-order means your item does not exist until you purchase it. There is no mass production, no excess inventory, no shortcuts. The moment your order is confirmed, production begins — and what comes out the other end was made exclusively for you.

This is how we ensure every Nana Gotti piece meets our standard of quality. When you’re not producing thousands of the same item, you can pour real care into each one.


How the Process Works

Step 1 — You Place Your Order Choose your style, select your size, and complete your purchase. From this moment, your piece is in motion.

Step 2 — We Get to Work Production begins. Your item is cut, constructed, and finished by hand — made to the exact specifications of your order.

Step 3 — Quality Check Before anything leaves our hands, your piece goes through a quality review to ensure it meets our standards.

Step 4 — It Ships to You Your order is carefully packaged and dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

The full process — from order to delivery — takes up to 15 working days.

We want every Nana Gotti experience to feel straightforward and worth the wait. Here’s what you should know going in:

  • Production takes time. Please allow up to 15 working days from your order date for production and delivery. Good things are worth waiting for.
  • All sales are final. Because each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or sizing errors. Please review our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
  • Cancellations have a short window. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once we start making your piece, it cannot be undone.
  • Minor variations are part of the craft. As a handcrafted, made-to-order brand, slight natural variations in texture, finish, and construction are normal — and a sign that your piece was made by hand, not a machine.

Can I change my order after placing it? Modifications may be possible within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins. Contact us immediately at info@nanagotti.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Why does it take up to 15 working days? Because your item is being made from scratch. Production, quality checking, and shipping all take time when done properly. We don’t rush the process — because you shouldn’t have to wear something that was.

Do you keep items in stock? No. We do not hold pre-made inventory. Every item is made to order, every time.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right. Contact us at info@nanagotti.com within 5 days of delivery. Please refer to our [Return & Exchange Policy] for full details.
