Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. NANA GOTTI LLC cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of NANA GOTTI LLC.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of sales tax, value-added tax (VAT), customs duties, and import charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
United States
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
International & European Union Orders
For orders shipped outside of the United States, including shipments to the European Union, prices do not include VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. These charges are assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Nana Gotti LLC does not collect VAT or duties on international orders and cannot determine or control the amount of such charges. Payment of any applicable taxes and duties is required to release the order from customs.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid taxes or duties, the customer will remain responsible for all associated costs. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling costs may be deducted from any refund issued, or the order may not be eligible for a refund.
