Returns & Exchanges
If you’d like to return an item for a refund, please follow the steps below.
Return Eligibility
Items purchased on nanagotti.com can be returned within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items must be:
New, unused, and unworn
Unwashed and unaltered
Items not returned in a resaleable condition — e.g., with damaged packaging, missing accessories, or signs of wear — may result in a reduction or refusal of your refund.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for personalised, custom, or made-to-order products.
We do not accept returns that don’t meet these conditions. Ineligible returns may be sent back to you at your own cost.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify our customer service team immediately at info@nanagotti.com.
Return Conditions
We review all returns on a case-by-case basis. If a return doesn’t meet the criteria above, we may:
Refuse the return and send it back to you
Deduct a fee from your refund to cover cleaning, repair, or shoebox replacement
Please note:
Made-to-order, pre-order, made-to-measure, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Include your original invoice in the package.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund based on your location. This will be clearly displayed when completing your return via email.
If you prefer to use an alternative courier, please contact us at info@nanagotti.com for instructions.
Orders from Outside the U.S.
Email us at info@nanagotti.com with your order number.
We will send you a proforma invoice via email.
Place your original invoice inside the package.
Affix the proforma invoice to the outside of the package.

Important:
Returns from outside the U.S. or EU without a Nana Gotti LLC proforma invoice will be refused.
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any import duties or taxes unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes within the same style.
To request an exchange:
Email info@nanagotti.com to confirm availability.
If available, we’ll hold the item until we receive your return.
Once received, we’ll send the new size to your original address.
To exchange for a different color or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Returns
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, and we aim to complete them within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
You may choose to receive your refund as site credit or to your original payment method. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
