Pre-Order means that the product is not currently in stock, and you must place your order as per normal if you’d like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.

• Payment Terms: You will proceed through checkout as usual and make the full payment. 
• Shipping Timeline: Your order will only be shipped upon arrival at our warehouse, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of placing a preorder. However, we recommend placing preorders for an event that is at least 3-4 weeks after the advertised estimated delivery date.
• Cancellation/ Refund Policy: Kindly note, Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.
• Availability: Some designs are exclusively made to order and can only be purchased through pre-orders. For other designs that we frequently restock, you can secure your desired item without the risk of it becoming sold out shortly after it’s listed online. Additionally, demand can be very high for certain items, and they may sell out completely through pre-orders before they physically arrive in stock.

Pre-Order dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. Mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs.

NANA GOTTI is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-Order an item. So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations.
