What Does Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Mean?
Pre-order or made-to-order items are not currently in stock. You must place your order as usual to secure your size before the item arrives at our warehouse.
Payment Terms
All pre-orders require full payment at checkout. Orders are processed in the same way as in-stock items.
Shipping Timeline
Lead time for pre-orders is typically 15 days. Your item will ship once it arrives at our warehouse, based on the estimated delivery date noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
Important:
We strongly recommend placing pre-orders only if your event is at least 3–4 weeks after the estimated delivery date to allow for unforeseen delays.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
Availability & Demand
Some designs are exclusively made to order and are only available via pre-order. Others may be restocked, but placing a pre-order guarantees your size before public release.
Due to high demand, some items may sell out completely before they physically arrive in stock.
